2. What is the procedure for starting with a new manufacturer?

  • Scheduling a dedicated sales meeting about the new line presented by the manufacturer including samples, catalogs, and all tools necessary to sell the line on the road.
  • An existing account list is needed showing dates of last invoices
  • All existing accounts are contacted within 60 days
  • A letter is sent to all existing and prospective retailers announcing the appointment of The Winters Group as the new sales force
